Frank Russo joined the Sport Management Faculty in January of 2019. After earning his MA from UConn he held various governmental positions with the State of Connecticut and the City of Hartford before becoming Executive Director of the Hartford Civic Center and then the President of Monitor (Event) Productions. For the past 30 years he has held executive positions with private facility management firms and he is currently EVP of Business Development and Client Relations for Spectra Venue Management of Philadelphia, the company the manages the now XL Center and Rentschler Field.
